 As the innovative work in third semester I made an attempt to create  an innovative video on the topic degrees of comparison. An innovative work can be defined as a “new idea, device, or method”. It is something original and more effective and as a consequence, new that “breaks into” the pupil. Two interesting dimensions of innovation including: degree of novelty and type of innovation. Innovative work should be a catalyst to growth. Innovation may be linked to positive changes in efficiency, productivity, quality, competitiveness and intellectual development. Through innovative work the teacher can improve students’ performance by providing group work opportunities and resources to innovate.  As  a part of third semester B.Ed we were assigned with the task of taking 10 online classes to the students of secondary school. so I have decided to take 5 classes for 8th standard students and five classes to the ninth standard students.For  the 8 standard students  I have   choosen  the chapter titled Rosa parks  sat still  which is an extract taken from  Her biography. for  the 9th standard students I had choosen the chapter titled the Jungle air crash by Juliane koepcke.
