As the innovative work in third semester I made an attempt to create an innovative video on the topic degrees of comparison. An innovative work can be defined as a “new idea, device, or method”. It is something original and more effective and as a consequence, new that “breaks into” the pupil. Two interesting dimensions of innovation including: degree of novelty and type of innovation. Innovative work should be a catalyst to growth. Innovation may be linked to positive changes in efficiency, productivity, quality, competitiveness and intellectual development. Through innovative work the teacher can improve students’ performance by providing group work opportunities and resources to innovate. It is necessary to create and nurture an environment of innovation

Report of Innovative Work
Introduction.
I have prepared a creative video on the topic degrees of comparison. I have made it with the help of the app OBS studio.The video has a duration of 18 mintues and it gives an overall idea about adjectives, what is degrees of comparison, it's uses and exercises.
Objectives.
*To make the pupil familiar with the concept Degrees of Comparison
*To introduce the concept in a creative mannner.
*To increase the retention power of the students with the use of audio visual aids.
Learning Outcomes.
The learner will be able to
* develop an understanding about adjectives
* get and idea about the degrees of comparison
* discriminate between positive, comparative and superlative degrees.
* remember the concept with more retention power.
Procedure
I have prepared a creative video with the help of OBS studio. First of all i have prepared an outline how to create the video in the most interesting and informative mannner. For that i started with parts of speech then get into the concept of adjectives. Then introduced the concept of degrees of comparison. Gave and idea about how to form the three degress by discussing about the common rules and tbe abnormalities. In the final part an assessmet session was made.
